Xbox One DLC Not Working – Where Are My DLCs - How to Reload Missing DLC on a New or 2nd Xbox

Most games offer DLCs or Downloadable Content. But when upgrading your Xbox or getting a second console for your home, you’ll find that your DLCs won’t work after your install your games. But it’s actually really easy to reload your purchased content so you’ll have full access to them like before. But in this video I’ll walk you step-by-step on how to reload your DLCs.

So on Forza Horizon 3, I have quite a few DLCs that aren’t showing up on my second Xbox One. In this first example, I’m missing the Blizzard Mountain Expansion Pack. It’s a DLC that includes an expanded area of the race map plus additional car packs. To get the DLC onto my Xbox, I need to go from the Home Menu and then go to the My Games and Apps tab. Here I see the list of games I have installed on this Xbox. I’ll highlight Horizon 3 and then on my controller I’ll tap the Menu button.

When the window pops up, scroll down to Manage Game and then hit A. On the left side of the screen, go to Ready to Install. Here I have 12 DLCs that need to be downloaded. Some of these were free and some were purchased. You can install all of them at once or just one at a time. For me to get Blizzard Mountain, I need to first install the Expansion Pack. A window will pop up where I’ll confirm that I want to install this DLC. When it’s done, the DLC shows up in the Recently Installed list. Now go back to Manage Games and Apps and select Ready to Install again. This time I’ll select Blizzard Mountain because it’s part of the Expansion Pack I just installed. Click A to start installing. This one is about 10 gigs so it’s going to take a while. But once it’s done, the Blizzard Mountain DLC is available to play.

I’ll also show you how to install all DLCs for Horizon 3 so you can see how that works. The Xbox tells me how many DLCs are about to be installed. The Xbox automatically installs them one at a time. Now the rest of my DLCs will show up in the Recently Installed list. And now I have access to the rest of the car packs I have for this game. A final note, if you don’t own any DLCs then obviously there’s nothing to download. Here in Dark Souls 3, when I go to the My Games and Apps menu, and look at Ready to Install, there’s nothing there.

My situation is as follows, I was trying to play black ops 3 when I realized none of my DLC was working (I own all of them), so I uninstalled them. After uninstalling, I find that NOTHING is in my ready to install tab, and even in the Microsoft store it says I need to repurchase, also in the game it says I do not own them. If someone has a fix or this please help me ASAP
