Ahhhh loved this in original Modern Warfare. Had huge maps just imported in and kept out of bounds, often ending randomingly in spots where there was no collission and you fell through. Was so much fun to explore.

they do this to make it easier to see those houses on the horizon from the playable area to simulate a feeling that this is an actual town with buildings, and from what we know this is super unlikely to have anything to do with the lore

There is a LOT more hidden in the game than you think... especially in the first version.

This is just like the first game where they actually kept the glitch in where you can leave the main area and go out of bounds to see secrets by making it a feature (there are many achievements tied to it to).
