I got my maker at the beginning of summer. I love it! You need to check out Makers Gonna Learn and Jennifer Maker here on YouTube! Those are my favorite channels. CrystalAnn has a video on where to get clothing that you can get at a discount for your cricut shirts that you make. Since you are wanting to do iron on vinyl with your Cricut, you should get the mini easy press. The regular irons don't get hot enough and also they did not have even heating on the plates. I think the mini easy press is under $70. I have tried using my iron in the past and it didn't turn out that well. Definitely check out the two that I mentioned at the top of the comment because they have hacks and are very educational.

You should check out 651vinyl.com, the price is great and the quality of the vinyls are better than cricut brand.
