Tropical Storm Helene live tracker: Expected to strengthen, hit Florida as a major Cat. 3 storm

Tropical Storm Helene has formed in the Caribbean Sea and is expected to rapidly intentify to become a hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico. Predictions from the NHC suggest Helene may become a major hurricane (Cat. 3 or higher) before making landfall over Florida.
