Intermittent fast:
-If you eat your last meal, say around 5pm…Try not to eat carbs
-Exercise first thing the following morning, your body will access your fat for energy instead of carbs(which is why you don’t want your last meal the previous day to be carbs)

-I’ve notice taking L-Carnitine(breaks down fat molecules for energy)before exercising EXTREMELY helped

If the product of the oxidation of fat is water and oxygen, to expel that water and oxygen it first has to be produced. If it can only be produced b6 the burning of oxidation of fat then dieting and exercise needs to be done. This is a misleading video.
