A little tip from a road crew… heat those ear hooks up with a hair dryer( don’t use a heat gun) and you can form them to your liking, hold there till they cool off and you’ve got it!

Love the Hexa and also the aria and t3+. Just different flavors. Depending on context I prefer using one over the other. Although i feel it won't suit a lot os people's taste, it has the main merit of offering a good an unusual experience/ sound signature. I really love using it with more complex and speedy genres like progressive rock/ metal and take advantage of it's excellent instrument separation. Everything is decluttered and you can really listen to what every instrument is playing whithout effort. Even sounds in the background you can easilly discern. This is something i can't get with most of iems around the same price range.

I like how your review feel independent from the hype. Cohesive well put together. Thanks for sharing!

I’ve got Crin’s Midnight’s..they are extremely chill and competent.
Nice to see the sub $100 market getting some sophistication .
Great review 👍

Seems this is my type of IEM. Thanks for the review

This was helpful. Seemed less hyped than some in Crin's camp too! The price is getting so low that I'm considering multiple sets - and then switching sets according to mood and genre. There goes the environment again! Keep the reviews coming...

Agree 100% with your review. Hexa is following the new trend of leaner bass to enhance definition. For me, I had too put narrow bore tips to enhance the mid bass. Still I like more my Tinhifi T3 plus but both complement each other. For me, Hexa is good for long listening session, modern and not hip-hop music.

Hello, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna buy these, but I still wanted to get an opinion. I listen to music A LOT. I want detail and clarity in voices and instruments, I like me some bass as well, but it's not mandatory, nothing ear shaking. Should I opt for these given the conditions. I listen to a lot of hiphop and 80s music / rock.

I have both the Hexa and T3 Plus and I hear the differences exactly the same as you. Both are easy and enjoyable to listen to, but the T3 Plus is simply less “boring”…

The cover title is a "a few good men" reference. Man of culture

I'm wondering if you tried the narrow bore tips. The Hexa' sound changes more than some IEMs.

I want to use IEMs for Video-Editing.
"DUNU Titan S" or "Truthear Hexa" for Video-Editing projects? Or do you recommend "TIN HiFi T3 Plus" or even other IEMs for Video-Editing projects?

I'm stuck between the aria or hexa. I listen to a lot of music and media content for a couple hours while working with my fiio k5 pro dac amp. I also play games as well. I would like more details with vocals and instruments but also want the wide sound stage with the arias. What would you guys decide? Current headphone is the 58x and 6xx.
