I think that for small channels the most important thing is to get good presence from the beginning. If you are not popular, people won't care even if you have the best videos and the best content on platform. I am not beginner anymore, but I know how hard it can be (and honestly if I didn't use a lot of Fame- ster, I would have quit a long time ago. It made everything much easier for me, especially getting to 1000 subs and view hours).

I was focused on monetizing when I started this channel and I got discouraged and I took 2023 off from YouTube and was focused on writing a book but I found that I really missed making and editing videos on YouTube so I came back. I only have 57 subs right now but I'm not going to get discouraged this time. Now my main focus is having fun and enjoying making videos again. Trying to improve my content and getting more creative.. I have three self published children's books I need to put more focus on as well. This video is inspiring..
