This is why we have a pre-season and pre-season games. Would love to see a coaching staff actually give some of these guys a real shot. Hated how the former staff always picked out a player for a certain position and stick with them no matter how trashy they played during games.

I had so much hope for Wyatt Davis. Idk what happened but I've not heard a single good thing about him on the Vikings yet

I'm rooting for Jaylen Twyman to play well enough to crack the 53. Dude gets shot 4 times & comes back strong the next season would be badass

LM28's statement/comment anticipated my question: Did Wyatt Davis simply not live up to the high expectations of the staff who drafted him? Or, was he the victim of multiple injuries which kept him from demonstrating his real potential? Any commenters know the answer to these questions?

Im no expert or sports analyst but i have to disagree with some of the cuts.. might change under preseason
But Mond should get the backup job.. we need to sent the signal that he is the guy behind Cousins and give him a chance to take over later

At WR i would put Bisi Johnson or Tristan Jackson over Wilson but might be the last spot and Wilson could take it for sure
I could question that we are going to keep 5 RBs they are different but could add another WR to the group insted

A bit surprised with Ellefson but i will have to see the preseason battle

Surprised and sad about Wyatt Davis not making it here but things we've heard about him has been a bit tough

At defense
CB/safety i think both kris Boyd and Harrison Hand played solid when they was on the field last season
Maybe wont be a spot for both but wont rule any of them out

at LB i dont see us cutting Troy Dye
Surrett would be surprising too tough to replace them with one from the list but i think atleast Dye will stay

And at DL i Hope and believe that Twyman gets a spot
