The thing is that their 70% yoy growth number is misleading. AMD did not have xilinx in 2021 so making those comps mean nothing to me. The 60% full year revenue growth guidance means nothing as well. When we get into 2023 we can make more reasonable revenue growth comps. Obviously they will be reduced significantly because in 2023 we will be comparing to a quarter where Xilinx revenue was built in.

thx sasha, i thought i was reading the numbers wrong. cuz they seamed to me phenomenal, but market tanked. i tried to find the hair in the soup but couldnt. Good to know that u see it just like i am seeing the numbers. AMD keeps killing it Quarter after Quarter, but the market does not quite understand what the numbers are meaning. Even the "Slowing PC Market" as intel stated the last 2 or 3 quarters could not stop AMD from performing. Im looking forward to Nvidia Earnings and their numbers. Hope u can cover it some day too. The Revenue for Gaming Segment in 2022 Q1 and Q2 is incorrect in your model. This shouldn’t impact your numbers at all since this is historical data anyways and not projected assumptions. Thanks so much for the video. Great analysis as always.

I'm not sure how much the embedded market will grow. That should be roughly the same rate as Xilinx was growing before the acquisition. But how well the 2 companies integrate can be a positive or negative fudge factor for the actual rate.
