Green coating really settles everywhere, so also on wood. And surely you also want to remove green film from wood as easily as possible. Whether it's the garden fence or garden furniture, here I'll show you how to remove green film really wonderfully easy!

All you need is washing soda and some water. Add 2 tablespoons of washing soda to 1 liter of water and stir it well together. After that you can put it into a spray bottle and spray the areas that are affected with green film.

Now let it work for a short time and then grab a brush to remove the green film. Then rinse again with clean water and everything is clean again.

Bleach works well. Just put half and half water and bleach in a big gallon sprayer with a pump or get an electric one if you want to make it really easy. Wet all the surfaces first with a mist of your pressure washer and then spray the half and half bleach water on the areas that are dirty and/or green. Wait ten minutes and then pressure wash it all off. Most white painted stuff will make the green turn light brown and then it will pressure wash toght off. Some heavy staining will stay. Do this to prep for painting fully or just touch ups where you still have staining and wood damge. Your pressure washer will show you where you need to replace wood I assure you especially if it is a decent one. Best way to do it I promise. Do this every 5 years in the spring and you will keep up a nice home. I paint every 10 years and touch up every 2. That is jist my style.
