Swain wasn't supposed to be a support anyway. He ended up there because he was so weak for so long he became a support because he couldn't solo lane effectively. Riot just left him there for so long that's where his playerbase moved. I for one am excited to see him as a solo laner again.

Ambessa has a great kit, but has many big counter matchups in top lane. Most bruiser matchups like jax, sett, renekton destroy her in lane. Been playing it assasin in mid and I've been having better results than top.

Ambessa is a weak toplaner, but I have had good result with her in midlane and jungle.

I've played a decent amount of ambessa at this point sitting around an 80% wr as Im a midlaner. My honest thoughts is that she feels both weak and strong. There are matchups that feel impossible and some that are easy. Her sustain in midlane from her passive doesnt actually feel real for the most part. Late game it feels like you have to play extra well/hard to get good results but she CAN work and feels very good to play well

I think Ambessa has an inherently annoying kit but she isn't broken, especially compared to other champ releases. I think her shield needs to be nerfed personally.

Ran into a bruiser Ambessa build that gave me a hard time. Her lifesteal and ridiculous number of abilities basically left her constantly healing.

Ambessa if piloted well, and can start snowballing, has absolutely disgusting potential to basically one tap an entire team, 1k shield on W at full build is nuts.

Glad to see Maokai moved up. The amount of cc he provides along with the ability to either peel or engage makes him so fun and versatile to play, especially during team fights. Only champ i can never play him against is Lux...

I find running rav hydra, eclipse with maw and dd makes her healing and sustain crazy without giving up any dmg, you can use the active mid w and e

Finally swain top is actually recognised, ive been playing him even before the rework on top and man not only is it really good imo, its a nice change of pace on top lane, a really enjoyable champ overall now.

Reacting to the first question; I thinm Ambessa is not perfectly balanced, but quite balanced. All you have to do is make sure she can't engage on you. People saying "Delete Ambessa" are either bad at the game or refuse to acknowledge that she can be a threat, but only when she actually is engaging and STARTS with the attacks.

I’m spamming Mordekaiser jungle and I am having nice results with him, was practically with 70% win rate, focusing the first item in the burn one (forgot the name) and using ghost as the summoner spells since I am not doing Riley first

Ambessa is a lot like yasuo. Once they get on you, you can't escape since they can just dash on you again. Basically I play against here like playing against a yasuo. Pretty balanced.

Ambessa has uninteractive trade patterns the same way Riven does, but she doesn't just 100-0 you unless you're super fed, people keep trying to overcommit with her, betting it all on a single all in instead of just doing quick trades chipping away before doing an all in when they are low enough so people are inting on her when they find out she is weaker than a caster minion after her rotation is over.

I think things like Triforce and Sundered Sky would be good on Ambessa. It'll be interesting to see if people pick that up.
