Great episode! I do want to add on that mentorship is definitely more than sharing and answering questions. Mentors can offer coaching as well, and that plays a huge role in a successful mentor-mentee relationship. Instead of answering a mentee's question directly, we can use their questions questions as an opportunity to coach them to find their own answers, using our own experience as a reference (but not an answer).

Career coaching / coaching is definitely something we missed in our conversation! It would definitely take some skills and practice of being a mentor to be able to lead mentees to pave their way to find their own answers! 😅
