This is a review/install of the Renogy 40A DC-DC Alternator Battery charger. An alternator charger is important to get your RV house battery bank fully charged by using power from the alternator. Connecting your alternator directly to your battery bank does not typically boost the voltage to what it needs to get your battery at 100% SOC and can shorten the battery life, which is not good for your battery's cycle life. Once the battery are fully charged the DC-DC charger will stop charging and switch to float mode.

Do a video on with the rv, getting setup for a trip, the destination, the drive, setting up at the location etc.. "rv life" etc... id like to see the process
