oh my goodness??? I have been folding my hands in front of my forehead, mouth, and heart for months in my prayers, but i had no idea this was a traditional practice? It's just something i did because it felt right!

Thank you so much for this beautiful offering. I am about to meet my first lama so wanted to learn about prostrations from a Tibetan. I saw another video by a Buddhist nun, where she touched crown, forehead, throat, heart. Which is the correct way when you pay your respects to a teacher? Is crown, mouth, heart enough for the full prostration as you show in your video? Once again - many thanks! :) You have a lovely energy. May you be happy.

Thank you, elegantly done! I am taking the Ngondro in November, so I'll need to know how to do the full prostrations.

Hi! I appreciate you making this video. I wanna ask you one thing. How many times you have to do this for one set. I know about 108bows. How about this in tibetan buddhism?
