Who does love Pavlova? That special and beautiful desserts like a fluffy cloud.
This time I want to try it with bunch of blueberries hidden into a marshmallowy soft centre and covered with soft cream. This sweet and sour combination between blueberries and meringue is just perfectly fresh and delicious. I highly recommend you to give a try to this blueberry pavlova.

Bellow you can find the list of ingredients and the steps to prepare this blueberry pavlova.
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 egg whites
• 100g sugar
• 5g lemon juice/vinegar
• 5g vanilla extract
• 15g corn starch
• a pinch of salt
• 100ml whipping cream
• 30g cheese cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a large mixing bowl add egg whites, salt and lemon juice and mix until lightly foamy.
2. Add vanilla extract and a part of sugar and mix again. Add sugar in 2-3 times.
3. In the end add corn starch to get a thick consistency. Whip the eggs until stiff peaks form.
4. Transfer meringue in a baking tray and shape it as you wish.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 100°C for 2 hours.
6. Meanwhile whip cheese cream and cream until thick.
7. Make a hole in the middle of pavlova and add blueberries. Cover with whipped cream and place a bunch of blueberries on top and some lemon slices.
