Kudo's to HP for actually SHOW'ing us how to use Licks... thank u kind sir! this video helped immensely! i mean, lots of vids' show us licks... but i never kno how to USE them? finally someone explains how the same lick works as a triplet in a shuffle-beat or in a straight beat. it's like a little-door opened in my lil'head and i got to see how licks work. i'am happy :) thanks agin to HP for sharing this.

Hi, I greatly appreciate and enjoy your lessons but you really need to do a better job of identifying what notes you are playing. The angle of your camera view hides the fretted notes behind your fingers. Sometimes it's not even clear which strings you are fretting. Probably, more advanced viewers can figure out very quickly which notes are being played, but if your target audience is "Basic" players then I respectfully suggest that you slow down and positively show which fret and which string is being played in each of the licks. Again, thank you very much for your passion and for your uploads.
