We needed all of this stuff in India like yesterday… this summer is was 53 degrees Celsius and the power goes out sometimes in the rural areas 🫠I wasn’t built for this I’m from MN where winters are -30

I was just in Tokyo and saw people with these air conditioned vests, I was so jealous. The heat and humidity is no joke there.

the neck cooling necklace is AMAZING though. it "freezes" in like 25C so you can cool it in the fridge instead the freezer, and it freezes really fast. and it's lovely to wear while working at a computer.
also, umbrellas and hats protect your head from the sun and heat. just because your body is cool doesn't mean your head can't overheat. please do use at lest a regular hat while outside.

I always see workers with particularly physical work like construction wearing these in Japan during the summer… they always look so air conditioned even though they work hard, I can’t see how anybody could survive without wearing these😭☀️

When this was released, everyone laughed at it, but now it has become a necessity on construction sites and other places.😊

Honestly I foresee all of us requiring wearable AC units soon, they’ll start innovating and make clothing with water in them that you freeze, materials will be coated in a layer of synthetic material that holds no heat and always feels cool to the touch, we’ve already started.

I also foresee some type of system that offsets pack weight like people using helium balloons but something more sturdy and sustainable that’s not plastic and a rare gas. Because as it gets hotter, it gets harder to do things outside, packs are so heavy.

I just was pulling weeds from the garden and had to come inside because my entire face was so dripping in sweat that it was burning my eyes. It was like 6 minutes. That’s it. Just pulling weeds. Things are out of control already we didn’t get weather like this before. It is way more hot and way more humid than I ever recall it being in July.

To be honest.. any denim jacket will do the trick. Most jackets will do. I always wear a jacket in the summer. People look at me crazy, but I genuinely feel more.. breezy ? like that. The air circulates in between the layers. The sun is not directly hitting my skin. And I’m VERY sensitive to sun and heat.
I also do carry around a fan and a UV umbrella lol.
