But, if you want to add some kind of whiteness to it, just use the Principle Volume node and duplicate the cube which is smaller. And then, add a rough displacement, to make it look like lines frozen in the ice.

I still dont get the part of the HDRi, so what kind of hdri did u inserted ? a room? a space? a light? :, )
