Here is why Deku gets speed, Deku manifest a quirk called gearshift, which allows him to alter the speed of anything he touches, including himself, and since the quirk has evolved through the users of one for all, he can now use gearshift at any speed that you can think of, faster than the speed of light which is why deku gets speed also a Deku happens to touch Goku once he can slow down Goku with it also gearshift gives him infinite agility which is explain in the manga

У Деку нет шансов, даже в пиковой форме . Гоку в пике, в чистой разрушительной силе на удар - Галактический+ уровень . Гоку способен на равных дратся с Сайтамой, который так-же по чистой ударной силе - Галактика + уровня, к тому же имеет особенность реактивного развития, прямо во время боя . Деку в лучшем случае имеет разрушительный потенциал - материк +, даже на пике . Столкнись он с Гоку или Сайтамой, Асурой и кем-то ещё из высшей лиги, бой не продлится долго . В этом заключается отличие силы персонажей Галактического и сверхгалактического уровня - с ними могут дратся только равные им по силе . Я крайне сомневаюсь что Деку победил бы хотябы Виджету или Бороса .
