I purchase my iPhone 7, 6 months ago ..one day I found my home button slows down ..I thought it may be a technical fault ...then I reset all my settings and set up phone again ...Some times I use magnifier for my camera was damn tired to my iPhone home button after saw this video ..I turn off magnifier and my phone’s home button is working proper now ...Thank you much this video

I did in fact try this. It’s a slightly different short cut to the magnifier and it did make it faster. Waze opened all the way with the magnifier on vs off. I’ll see if it works for the future.

Thanks dude, it did make change. If yours didn't work, make sure to turn off the accessibility settings as well since that uses triple click

I have realised recent slow down and a lot quicker battery drainage of my iPhone 7 Plus as well. Sadly the magnifier option was already switched off when I found this video and your tip, so it did not work for me. I’ll try to re-install the software or wait for Apple to release the fixing update they mentioned and see if that helps...

In 2024 the magnifier is not in General anymore, but it’s off.
