SSJ3 was for the longest time the strongest form canonical. Longer than any form. If they'd just mastered it, just imagine. SSJ3 Bardock fought off UI Goku, SSJ3 Cumber beat SSBKK Vegito, SSJ3 Goku Black only lost to SSBE Gogeta.
