More easy trick - just take out square root of the number without any decimal sign or digit and then just divide the number after decimal sign with two .
EX- 610.09
61009 (square root)= 247
Number of digits after decimal sign in 610.09= 2 then divide two with two= 1
Ans : we would give the decimal sign before one digit =24.7
