I wake up every morning with very small whiteheads all around my nose/mouth/chin that leave redness behind. Redness that shows up as tiny spots under the skin all over my cheeks and nose area. I’m like an oily mess all day too. I really am at a loss for what I should be doing. It seems like everything I try is making my skin worse. Retinol once to two times a week, neutragena hydroboost line, cerave pm lotion. Cetaphil face wash.. my skin hates me 😩 I want to try a sulfur wash, would this be a good choice? I’m very sensitive it seems

How can I find a good dermatologist? I haven’t been happy with the ones I’ve seen and I don’t know how to find a better match.

Ex. My first derm told me I was clear of skin cancer and sent me home with no cosmetic recommendations other than gentle cleanser and moisturizer

My second derm barely looked at me and said to pick up a vit c serum and a retinoid and to call again in 6mo. I have very sensitive skin so that hasn’t been going very well. That was 4mo ago and my skin is worse now than it was before.
