Thank you so much! This is so helpful. I'm eating chips, listening to dramatic music in another tab and listening to this video. This is my summer reading book btw.

I love how you give a voice distinction between characters! Started reading this book many times, with your help I can now read it at work!

@CCProse Since head trauma/brain surgery, reading is a tremendous difficulty. The audiobook feature is appreciated very much. Big thanks for all you've done here.

"The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes" is a collection of short stories. This is the first part in the collection. "A Study in Scarlet" is its own book and not part of this collection.

The guy's voice sounds a bit robotic...Just my opinion...However, I love the interface, though.

As I am a big fan of Sherlock Holmes, I sure like this. And the reading is quite good as well... But...guys...Sherlock Holmes is so brit, that an american voice sounds anything but appropriate.
Good work anyway.

I echo SirJohnPhillip's sentiment, it should have been a british narrator. good book though, thanks for the post

Why is this called Part 1? Its not. A Study in Scarlet was the first and one of the best of his cases. If you're not going to avail it why lie about the number? Or, is this censorship in life form? Revisionist history? etc

Oh, shut up. A book like "Moby Dick" or "Uncle Tom's Cabin" would be perfectly fine if the narrator read it in an English accent.
