Double amputee James O'Shea explains how London charity The Disability Foundation (TDF) helped give him a 'killer advantage' in his quest for gold. James swam the SB5 100m Breaststroke for Great Britain at the Paralympics on 5th September, coming a fantastic 4th, and he is in training for Rio 2016.
