Shannon I'm a life long panthers fan. I remember the first Luongo stint. Olli Jokinen was my favorite player I watched absolutely terrible teams and went to half empty games and argued with people online about not moving the team.

I went to this game with my mom and when Tkachuk scored the game winner the crowd went absolutely fucking wild. I'm not kidding when I said my mom and I were crying and hugging each other. Hockey has REAL fans here it CAN work and thank you so much for covering the southern teams fairly and with the eye of a hockey fan

Panthers won in 4 and scored 4 more goals total than the Hurricanes. Tells you something, about as hard-fought a 4 game series could've been.

Canes fought to the ECF with huge injuries and all of the games in this series were close one goal losses even if it was a sweep.

I’m a Bolts fan and I’m not afraid to say that I’m hardcore cheering for the Panthers. They’ve really earned this, especially the fans who have been around for a while when they were the butt of the joke with the “what fans” remarks. Really happy for them, their team right now is just so unbelievably likeable.

I’m an Avs fan but have been happily rooting for Florida throughout this whole run. Tkachuk and Bobrovsky have basically taken over the league and it has been fascinating to watch. Really hoping they get those four more wins for the Cup!

This was the closest and most entertaining series sweep I have ever watched. Carolina played really good, just ran into the brick wall that is Bobrovsky and a team that took advantage of any little mistake Carolina made. When Jordan Staal comitted the tripping penalty in the final minute of regulation, I had a feeling that Florida was going to get the winning PP goal and of course it would be Matthew Tkachuk that got it.
Congratulations Florida. I and most people outside of Nevada are going to be rooting for them to win the Stanley Cup.

The Canes scored six goals in a game twice against New Jersey. They had 6 goals in the entire series and did not play that bad. Props to Bobrovsky.

I have to tip my cap to the Canes. They played better than an 0-4 series. They had some bad puck luck, missed calls and injuries, although I'm not sure it would have changed the outcome. Even so, it was an entertaining series and I can't wait to see the Cats in the Final. LGC!!!
