My BMI is 27.5% at the moment and the user guide of my scale says that I'm overweight which is BS because I'm not fat at all I workout every day. My scale also tells me my body fat and muscle percentages and where it indicates muscle, I'm average and it says I'm high for body fat. Idk if my scale is just dumb or what. I know these types of scale work with electric impulses that sense your bone, muscle, fat and water weight but these are supposedly calculated by the resistance the current meets when it travels up your legs. How's it gonna tell water density from muscle?? Anyone else have a BMI scale and have this issue?
