Im sorry you had a bad experience with muscle testing. I have used this for me and my family for years. I learned it amongst other techniques for getting to the root of health issues and it has been a life saver for us. There are factors though that determine a positive result which comes from the tester and the one being tested.

Thank you for sharing your testimony re: the Keifer. I've always heard good things about this, but never tried it myself. Mainly because its made with dairy and i can't tolerate it well. I eat according to my blood Type and we have to limit or avoid dairy altogether. I saw they carry a water based version of kefir grains so i might give that a try.

Hi Alan. My family and I eat sauerkraut everyday. It's really good for your gut health. Don't buy it in the store, make it at home. I let mine ferment 6 weeks, and I make it several times a year. We eat 1/2 cup everyday, but you can eat more if you like.

Appreciate following your link to the natural probiotic culture by kar giver, I to have been learning about my immune system, I don't take care of myself properly and that video by that sister was just what I needed, trouble is for me is getting the natural unpasterised milk to start off but that is most certainly the way, amen.

 Have you ever seen the video beautiful truth by a young man who made the video researching natural immunity by the observations on his familys farm and the animals he cared for, his mum died of cancer which led him on this quest and he discovered a surpressed work by a man that discovered the cure for cancer in the twentys or thirtys who documented his findings which where squashed and trampled, the cure was the immune system which is whats constantly being attacked to keep people sick $$$ its a gem of a film I think thats if you can find a copy, somebody stamped on it, I am glad I downloaded the original before it was sabotaged and impersonated.
