The helicopter is about frame rate video capture matching blade rpm. And the cars with there engines off rolling up hill on magnetic road are actually rolling down hill. The landscape creates the optical illusion of uphill. And the shape shifting ufo honestly looks like light passing through an imperfection in the glass at changing angles.

the helicopter one is easy to explain...rpm matches the FPS of the video capture...you can actually change the settings of your videocamera's capture rate in order to get it to match like this on purpose...

Magnetic hill is actually just an optical illusion. The road appears to be going up due to the surrounding landscape; however, it is actually going down . So no magnetics in play. :)
