Having only watched your video, I’m sure it was the washers/ spacers. I’m building also & a fellow YouTuber. I just installed my Willwood brakes & used spacers & had to switch out some thicker ones for thinner & vice versa. Lookin good brother. 😁👍

When I installed my 3 link I had to use different thickness washers to center the caliper on the rotor. It was a really tight tolerance and wanted to drag on the rotor and when go carting It would heat up and then bind up on the rotor until I dialed it in. Glad you got it sorted.

Excellent video! Great closeup shots. Probably a good call on the new brakes, but I too would also like to hear some ideas of what may have caused the issue.
