Westley Allan Dodd terrorized the Pacific Northwest. For his last meal he picked a staple of the local cuisine. On this episode of Last Meals.

Dodd was executed for murdering three young boys in 1989. For his last meal he requested broiled salmon with fried potatoes

In a large bowl combine 4 tablespoons olive oil
One tablespoon Brown Sugar
One tablespoon soy sauce
One tablespoon lemon juice
One tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
1 teaspoon Thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2teaspoon pepper
1 clove minced garlic
Mix until well combined

At age 15 Dodd was arrested for indecent exposure and later admitted to abusing younger family members.

His first murder were of two brothers he abducted from a park in Vancouver, WA. A month later he claimed his third victim at a park in Portland.

Take filet of wild Alaskan sockeye salmon and toss fish in ingredients until coated

Place on foil lined baking sheet and Broil for 12-15 minutes

Two weeks after his third murder, Dodd was apprehended trying to abduct a 6 year old boy from a movie theater when his car broke down.
He was allowed to choose his own method of execution. He chose hanging.

Cut one white rose potato into 1/2 inch pieces
Put in hot oil and salt
Cover for five minutes
Flip potatoes
Season with salt pepper and oregano
Cover and let cook for another five minutes
