step to install matplotlib ,numpy and scipy
step 1:-
set python path in sysytem variable
step 2 :-
open cmd and change directory type cd C:\Users\Rahul Mandal\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python37-32

step 3:-
type this command

command :-
python -m pip install numpy
python -m pip install scipy
python -m pip install matplotlib

There occurs error no module named scipy after following ur instructions
