Another thing it may be on a certain mode meaning it won't allow apps from sources other then Microsoft store so search the solution for that to it is called s mode yet I forgot how I fixed it but when searching how to get apps from other sources one video was kind of helpful but it was one of the comments which helped me turn of s mode
