Jake, it’s also been around in old time healing methods here in the United States. Your grandma might tell you to go take an Epsom salt bath or to soak sprained ankle in Epsom salt. When You are stressed out and upset. You create a lot of positive ions in your body. So when you go soak in a negative ion bath of Epsom salt, water, What did we remember from science class positive and a negative created a neutral. So you are really neutralizing all the stress from your body by soaking in a wonderful salt water bath.
