This is a tricky one cuz Godspeed is strong but he’s also not as busted as Thawne, Barry, or Wally meanwhile Archie Shadow much like his game counterpart is undoubtedly more versed and adept at using Chaos power and Magic than Sonic would be (even Archie Sonic himself admits that there are chaos magic users more adept at it than him), not to mention Super Shadow pretty much guarantees physical superiority over Godspeed.

This can go more either way than people would think, but I’d only barely give it to Godspeed due to the virtue of him also being able to steal speed like Wally does and ensure he’s quicker, and even then I’m not 100% sure.
