Origin has been discontinued, the Origin Installation no longer works, install EA app and continue playing the game.

This fixed my issue of the ea app not downloading sims 3 generations and pets expansions. When I opened origin, a pop up prevented me from using the app, however my expansions started downloading and they're working now. YAY! I use the Ea app to launch the game.

the EA app just removed itself from my computer, I can't uninstall it, I can't reinstall it, and I can't access any of my games. Never in my life did I think I'd be missing Origin so much.

Doesn't work for me. As others have stated, EA App pops up with a forced window to download it/install it. Can't remove that in-client window, so no use in installing Origin.

Just to let everybody know, while you can still download Origin this way, you can't actually use it - EA has forced a big pop-up over the top of the app when you load it that greys out all options except for downloading the new garbage app

I still can't The Sims 4 with it though. It's trying to force me to get the EA app only to tell there's not enough disk space when there is. 😕

Urgent: is there any way to create an account right now?.. i have never used it before .i want to play fifa 2020 but can't play..i dont currently have an account on origin and my EA app accout is'nt working at all in Origin's login... Plz Reply ASAP
