Sheriff: 2 injured after shooting in Rancho Cordova

A shooting during a quinceañera ends with two males hospitalized in Rancho Cordova, the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office said early Sunday. Officers responded to reports of a shooting near Folsom Boulevard and Sunrise Boulevard. Two males were transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. A third male was shot at but sustained no injuries. Rancho Cordova officers and Sacramento sheriff deputies took over the scene with crime scene investigators. No suspect information is currently known.
