I had an accident in June of last year someone sideswiped my vehicle I called the police and she gave the information with a policy number that policy number went back to no insurance for 7 months trying to get my car fixed through my insurance they find out that there is insurance on the vehicle they gave me the correct claim number and now it's a huge mess there's obvious insurance fraud going on and both insurance companies will not do anything about it what do I do in this situation this person hit my Ford Thunderbird that is very close to my heart it's just cosmetic damage I have proof showing that it was her fault but yet no one wants to do nothing I need help
