Whirlpool Top Loader Washing making loud buzzing/humming sound fixed!

Our Whirlpool Washing machine stopped washing and it was making a loud buzzing sound at first. Second day after being disconnected for one day, it was making a loud humming sound. Turned out there was something stuck in the piece that spins and releases the water in the tank. Hopefully this helps someone. Thanks.

Thanks man. I was about to give up then i found this video. My washer was full of water so i got water everywhere taking that piece off but who cares i don't to buy a new washer now. My son's sock was stuck in it.
