Show and Shine Challenge - The Scion FR-S Tuner Challenge

The 3 Scion FR-S Tuner Challenge teams meet up in Vancouver for a showdown of looks, personality and style in the Scion Show and Shine Challenge at Importfest Vancouver! We have challenged the teams to take their race tuned Scion FR-S Tuner Challenge cars and transform them from motorsports specification to Show and Shine quality in front of the discerning Importfest Vancouver judges and fans. The competition is coming down to the wire, and every point counts in a race to the finish.

The team to beat clearly is Top Tuner. With a long history of developing some of Canada's most recognized show cars, this team has the expertise to develop a Scion FR-S with custom modifications that could stun Importfest judges. But with the motorsports demands of the competition, will Top Tuner be able to build a car that looks as good as it gives on the track?

Gunning for Top Tuner is Team VCMC. Steadily closing the points gap, VCMC has Top Tuner in its sights and is lead by confident team leader and grassroots autocross champion Richard Basford. We know VCMC can compete on the track. But standing above Top Tuner in a Show and Shine competition is a huge task for this highly driven team. Will the judges take to their race ready Scion FR-S with custom roll cage and turbocharged power plant?

The Quebec team of Dany 'Babu' Bernier and Jeremy Fortin has something special up their sleeves for the judges and fans. Along with a big brake kit, Burberry design and custom carbon fibre hood and trunk, Babu unpacked his EA NHL 95 game console for an old school game of shinny off the side of his FR-S to prove that his team can look good and still have fun.
