At least from all my labbing on this, and other adjustments (eg, spreading and/or shifting LBs, base- vs player align, and either having dual blitzes on/opposite HB versus having opposite DE blitz & contain on the blitzing LB side), this blitz only works, at best, on certain types of offensive plays AND, more importantly, if the OTs are average. The easiest way to see this is if you make the offense Madden Elites. Similarly, if you just take the first playbook available, ie, AZ Card’s, and choose almost any shotgun play wherein the HB isn’t pass blocking, and the LB will either 1) be picked up or 2) he wont get to the QB until the balls already out, most often to the void where the blitzing LB just vacated.

Madden School has something like this but it's a BGap pressure. You sir have take in a step farther with the 3 man set up. Best defense play I've seen so far this year. You could probably run this formation the entire game with the right personnel.

This play works like 1 out of 10 times lol. I set it up exactly the same as you every time. Half the time the guy waits like 3 seconds to rush

Yes very good play will work. But remember guys people love downfield plays so next play after the sack. Dont run the same one drop back in coverage and QB cover so he dont sneak.

If you man up the left of screen dt on thd running back or tight end you can get away with sending 2 men

Lolol 99% of madden 19 is identical to madden 18 ?? How sway. Running game is much less effective and zones do so much less than last. Its a totally different game
