Brawler mutations could be something about a new skin rarity. There was a survey recently that asked people whether they would want skins more expensive than legendaries and mutations could be the extra feature that these skins have. I don't know how it would work, but for example if the mortis skin in the surveys used a hypercharge or went on a killstreak then it could transform into the dragon design. And the silhouette you said might be colt also looks kind of like belle imo, which could make sense as she is part of the thug trio

I think since they want us to join clubs, they are reworking city rampage and turning it into a raid boss for clubs. Just my guess.

what i think mutations might be, mythic skins or higher will get a new moddel when they use their hypercharge.

Theory: some brawlers have mutations instead of hypercharges and they effect the basic attack instead of the super

I feel instead of godzilla, it could be the new castle trio brawler. The "mouth" of godzilla is a feather in their hat and the bit at the end of the "tail" is most likely a crossbow imo.

Ye this is really strange update if u ask me. Mutations prob wont be game mechanic but as the title of the brawl talk says it leads me more to belive that actually has something to do thats game breaking and like sort of new abilities
