I saw this clip a while ago on a paranornal TV show. I also remember thinking it was the scariest thing ever.
This incident was one of several occurring at a shop in Mexico. If you saw the shop owner interviewed, you can tell he wasn't trolling. Besides, I highly doubt he was messing up his own shop & trying to scare his own customers away.
