In this video Jeff & Mike The Interview Guys teach you how to answer this job interview question by focusing on the company or organization you're interviewing for. This question should be one of your best opportunities to shine in your interview and should be definitely prepared for beforehand.

Also, here is a transcript of the video. It includes the answer example from the video:

JEFF
Hi, we're Jeff and Mike the Interview Guys and today we're going to teach you how to answer the question
"what is your greatest strength?". This is almost like a trick question, isn't it Mike?

MIKE
That's correct Jeff. Your instinct will be to simply list off some strengths that you have, but as we always teach our students,
"it's not about you, it's about them." So what this means is you need to answer the question with the company's desired strengths
in mind. So Jeff, where do we find which strengths the company desires?

JEFF
Here' a tip. The key to answering this question is in the preparation. Take some time to really study the job description
and search the web to try to get a feel for what your company's desired strengths are.

MIKE
Then, once you have figured out what these are, you want to infuse them into your answers to this question. But there
is still one more step.

JEFF
That's right Mike. You should also include one or more success stories, to support your claims. A success story is a story from your past, work or personal life,
that highlights an achievement and reflects one of your strengths.

MIKE
So to recap, what you want to do is take one of your success stories and infuse it with the knowledge, skill or ability that you posses that you have found in the job description.
or somewhere on the web.

JEFF
Can you give us an example Mike?

MIKE
Sure. I'd say something like,

"I'd say that my greatest strength is critical thinking. When I worked as a lifeguard at the Seattle Aquatic Center, I was responsible for the safety of hundreds of people and was required to make quick decisions to ensure their safety. During my tenure I had a 100% safety record. I believe this will be very valuable in my role as Director of Health & Safety with the New York City Health Club."

JEFF
Good job Mike. Do you see what he did in his answer? He included the strength "critical thinking", which he discovered through
his research was of high importance to the company, and then included it in his answer.

MIKE
So that's how you answer the question "what is your greatest strength".

Your advice for "Tell me about yourself", "What is your greatest strength?", and "Why should we hire you?" are all the EXACT same. You should give an example, or provide insight, as to how a person would answer all three in the same interview (incorporating your advice) but without sounding like a broken record. By the way, so I don't come off as too troll like, I think that general advice you keep giving is a good, and appreciate that you have made these videos.
