Welcome to this two week LOVE yoga journey!

Designed to balance your heart chakra, release stale emotions, fill you with self love, help you feel more loving every day, and every day to receive more love! I’m so happy that you’re joining me!

A short daily yoga practice designed to release stale emotions from the body, fill you up with self love and get you radiating love all around!

We do this by stretching out and improving suppleness in the muscles of the chest, shoulders, neck and hips, areas where emotional tension is often stored.

We work on balance and core strength which gives you greater confidence in yourself as you commit to practise and overcome challenges.

Today is intensely focused on stretching out the chest, neck and throat area. It is great for correcting bad posture and you will surely feel refreshed and able to take lovely deep breaths by the end!

Remember to listen to your body, only do what feels right, and you are responsible for your own actions.
