This is according to research which was conducted by the Guttmacher Research Institute and the Makerere University School of Public Health. The Ugandan government is a prime example of the importance of sex education. With their massive expenditure on post-abortion care, it is clear that abortion is being seen as an important investment by the government for national planning. An informative video indeed to understand the macro aspect of how family planning can influence national policy!
