A bit of a critique on the chanting. The way it is done in this video (and I presume is done in all the others), is that the chant is very choppy and emphasized, not smooth and flowing like typical Gregorian Chant. I'm not sure if it is done with intent or if it is just the learned style of the chanters on this channel.
