I am still confused on what problem this is solving. Does this have any utility from a small private practice, who sends their cases to the lab through communicate? As far as I know, my scans are going through just fine. I must be missing something since they are seem so excited about this.

I think they are trying to say that we don’t need to use Remote Desktop anymore if we want to communicate with lab, designs from lab will be largely available directly over this software. There’s no need to ask and send multiple screenshots anymore. Can’t tell if this meant to be a bridging software between current clinic and lab software or a complete replacement.
TBH, I have no idea what they are trying to say over this video, feels like I watched the intel launch event, a lot of talking off the point.
If someone is here from 3shape development team, please look into native ARM artictecturhe support on M series chips from Apple, that’s the future, X86 don’t have much life left anymore.
