This feels like if an introvert had a workout channel and I'm here for it. Especially the sound bath stretch breaks. I'm sweating and yet oddly soothed.

This is awesome, Rachel; I can't believe how much effort you guys have put into the new channels while still posting dope stuff on mango street. I really appreciate the little tips you've put in too; I had no idea I was doing squats wrong until now, plus I learned a bunch of new moves.

This is a perfect work out !
From a person not that much in shape, but willing to go back, I know that I can do this workout and I know that I'll improve from time to time.

So I'm a climber (primarily bouldering), I usually push myself really hard and have high goals set to break my grades, which means I train really hard. But since lockdowns have been put in place and all climbing gyms and outdoor climbing has been closed (I'm in Australia currently, for climbing ironically), I have seriously struggled to keep my motivation up, and quite frankly uninspired to do any training. After doing this you have helped fuel that fire, giving me the motivation to keep the training up, and a bit of guidance to push through the pain. Who knew that my photography gurus would be my training (and financial thanks to Daniel) gurus as well! Thanks you guys!!

this is great, seriously, wanted to start doing a workout like this a day for so long, never found a good one that encouraged me like you do (the fact that i'm a mango street fan for several years probably helped ;) but hey, since you uploaded the first one I always try to do at least one video - thank you ! keep doing :))

Did this workout last night, absolutely loved it! It destroyed my legs but in the best ways, I'm adoring these fitness videos. Because there isn't any chit chat it makes it super enjoyable for me to use as a guide on the daily. I'm starting your abs challenge today and I can't wait! This is what I've been needing for ages x
