Paper Craft Griffin - Full Time Lapse (Canon Creative Park)

I made this paper craft Griffin for fun. It was the first animal paper toy that I had ever made. It was very enjoyable to discover how the pieces came together. I appreciated the small and intricate finger work that some of the pieces required. This project made me aware of how precise I have to be when cutting pieces that fold into each other, like the feathers of the wings. Also, I learned how quick the glue dries and eliminates adjustments in alignment. You can see the Griffin’s left wing was not a perfect alignment along the bottom.

Overall I enjoyed this project very much. It reminded me of high school art projects I made out of cardboard and inspired me to cut some more.
